She has done her Honors in Applied Psychology from Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore. Whilst having a four-year exposure to psychology, she volunteered to work in the psychiatry ward of Jinnah Hospital as well as Shiekh Zayed Hospital, Lahore dealing with people encountering stress, anxiety, depression, familial conflicts, phobias, bipolar and OCD. She believes that mental health is equally important as physical health. Just because you cannot see mental illness like you could see a broken bone, does not mean it is not detrimental or devastating. To her, strong will power and dedication can break every chain and overcome every hardship. You are stronger than you think. You keep a lot to yourself just because it is difficult to find people who understand. So we are here to understand, to be your strength, and to boost up your willpower. The strongest people are not those who show strength to the outside world, but those who win the battles within themselves, the battles that the world does not know anything about. So speak up and be your own strength.
